Our weekly breakfast meeting allows the club’s members to become more familiar with each other while providing an opportunity for the club to focus on how we can find solutions to key issues in our community.

Our speaker will be Dr. Bernard E. Powers Jr., Director of the Center for the Study of Slavery in Charleston, at College of Charleston. Bernard Powers earned the Ph. D in American history at Northwestern University and has been a board member for the International African American Museum since its inception.
