The new Hope Center is a one-stop resource for the City of Charleston and a dozen nonprofit organizations co-located to help provide programs and services to people experiencing homelessness. This location at 529 Meeting Street (access off Walnut Street) will be a temporary space for the 18 months – 2 years until the permanent Hope Center can be built on Cunnington Avenue.
Rotarians are helping to transform the interior courtyard to serve as a Serenity Space for mental health clients to meet with their counselors, and also spruce up the play area with a pressure wash and a fresh coat of paint.
